Let's Get Personal:
The vision for Women Operating Kingdom Enterprises came out of my desire to become WOKE to God's plan for my life and business. This came at a time where I felt like most women entrepreneurs...burned out and hopeless. I had followed the world's advice and made significant investments, put in countless hours, sacrificing time from my family, only to find myself feeling like I was spinning my wheels. The output I was putting in was not equaling my input and I was ready to give up. I had listened to sermon after sermon and felt inspiration but none led to transformation from a business standpoint. It's like I needed a tried-and-true plan to bridge the gap from sermon to purposeful execution in my business. But, I didn't know how, so out of my frustration I questioned, "How God", afterall I've tried everything.
THE MOMENT I BECAME WOKE
In that moment He said, "Have you FULLY tried Me?" "Like really surrendered your business over to Me to allow Me to establish your plans, or have you put more emphasis on human wisdom and strategies?" Talk about GUT CHECK --because in truth I had prioritized the world's way over God's. I bought the work hard, invest it all, and keep pushing mantra, and it wasn't working.
That's when I made the decision to commit my business to the Lord and allow Him to establish my plans (Proverbs 16:3). This became the founding scripture for Women Operating Kingdom Enterprises (WOKE). This became the foundation from which I reestablished my business according to God's heart, and where I knew I could help other women do the same. God's way didn't require me to change who He created me to be...instead it became the foundation that up-leveled my business. I am now on a mission to help millions of women do the same through my faith based business community (WOKE Insiders), speaking, books and programs.
We were created to be salt and light as Kingdom Builders! Let's do that together, by standing on God's Principles for Success.
